The COB crew are all very hard workers and know the business. They replaced and rerouted the drain pipes on the outside of the house that were the root cause of our basement flooding. After 10-15 years, most pipes on homes begin to break down due to landscaping and other issues. This company responded to my calls almost immediately and answered all questions that we had. They even fixed the neighbors drain pipes! Since then, our basement has been dry. I highly recommend COB if you have water in the basement or if your water drain pipes (from gutter) are not working properly!

Highly recommend Columbus Ohio Basements for any of your basement needs! Monty and his team were able to replace our sump pump in less than a week. Even though it wasn't a big job I felt like we were treated like a priority. Monty gave additional tips for keeping our basement dry and took a look at everything to make sure we were ok before he left. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and thorough! This company is great! They did extensive foundation wall repair for the previous owners of our home. When we moved in, they helped us transfer the warranty. They have also come out 2 times over the past 1.5 years to help us maintain our warranty and educate us on how to prevent future foundation damage. Monty in particular has been amazing and went out of his way to make sure things were right.
