The COB crew are all very hard workers and know the business.  They replaced and rerouted the drain pipes on the outside of the house that were the root cause of our basement flooding.  After 10-15 years, most pipes on homes begin to break down due to landscaping and other issues.  This company responded to my calls almost immediately and answered all questions that we had.  They even fixed the neighbors drain pipes!  Since then, our basement has been dry. This company is great! They did extensive foundation wall repair for the previous owners of our home. When we moved in, they helped us transfer the warranty. They have also come out 2 times over the past 1.5 years to help us maintain our warranty and educate us on how to prevent future foundation damage.
